The 52-year-old actor always shocks the internet with his ageless physique. This time, he shared his recovery routine with the world. The reel uploaded a few hours ago on Wahlberg’s Instagram account showcased him having a recovery session with his chiropractor, Christopher Vincent. Wahlberg completed his workout silently while his chiropractor, Dr. Vincent, was seen excited.

In the reel, Wahlberg did a recovery session, stretching out all of his muscles. He started with a power plate, sending vibration waves through his gluteals to relax and recover the muscles, and then used it for stretching. Then they moved on to stretching the triceps.

Dr. Vincent made Wahlbreg stretch his triceps, lats, and hip flexors in the next exercise. After the exercise, Dr. Vincent remarked on the exercise playfully and said,” This is the movement as we age. Keep the movement to you. Keep that youth in you.” He further emphasized the role that a good night’s sleep plays in recovery.
