After dominating the corporate world, Mark Zuckerberg, the co-founder of Facebook and founder & CEO of Meta, is now dominating the combat sports and fitness world with his training regime. He’s recovering from a knee injury involving a torn ligament. It’s been five months since he had his surgery, and Zuckerberg is now all set to leave his mark in the fitness world with his immense weight training.

In a recent Instagram video posted on his account, he was seen doing leg- presses with extremely heavy weights, making his fans around the globe go berserk. His training led his fans to compare Zuckerberg with numerous top-tier athletes. Even a UFC athlete commented on Zuckerberg’s post.

When will Mark Zuckerberg join his training?

Zuckerberg is currently in his recovery phase from the ACL surgery he had back in 2023. He sustained an ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) injury while he was training. After this, he had a surgery back in November 2023, and since then, he has been in his recovery period. Now he is starting his training regime again.

In the post, the founder of Facebook did eight reps easily with such weight. He captioned the post, “5 months post-surgery. Recovery is going well and starting to get strength back.” The CEO of Meta is excited to start his training again for his MMA career and shared his excitement through the caption, “Really looking forward to easing back into training over the coming months.”

He concluded the caption by saying, “Appreciate all the love and support.” Fans of the founder went into a frenzy after seeing Zuckerberg’s video of training legs with such weight in his recovery period. Some even asked him if he wanted to become a bodybuilder. While others compared his strength with that of a karate player.

A fan called Zuckerberg “Beast

A UFC lightweight athlete named Michael Davis made a hilarious remark on Zuckerberg’s post and wrote, “Wait, Why are you stronger than me !?” A fan was shocked to see such weight in the recovery phase and confronted the CEO of Meta, “Is that 450lbs?” While another fan is eagerly waiting for the founder of Facebook’s return in the octagon after a long break and commented, “Nice!!! You will soon be back on the mats and cages.”
