The Titan is famously known for his shredded and super-jacked physique, a remarkable feat he has maintained even in his mid-50s. Despite enduring curiosity about his PED uses, he smartly avoids any such allegation related to the topic of the drug. However, recently he stunned his fans with his latest routine.

Mike O’Hearn recently posted a video on his YouTube channel and shared his latest intense chest workout routine with fans and followers. O’Hearn has been part of the fitness industry for over three decades, and he said in one of his candid interviews that he’s been working out for more than 45 years.

He began competing when he was just 14 years old, interestingly at that age he won many contests. In the video, the bodybuilding icon was engaged in an intense chest day regimen that included four movements: incline press, Barbell flat high-necks, flat dumbbell flys, and wide grip incline machine. Each exercise had different reps and sets.

O’Hearn is following a workout routine called Blitz a specific routine that is incredibly beneficial according to him. He often delves into this regime. The workout plan is designed for 30 days and divided into 5-day plans for a month. O’Hearn believes that this particular technique is extremely challenging and effective, “30 days of sweat demanding intensity designed by me, to get you in the best shape of your life,” he said.

Former Mr. Universe still has the body shape of professional bodybuilders, even though he has retired from bodybuilding. He maintained the aura of a sportsperson who motivates others. One of his fans talked about the ease with which O’Hearn handled the equipment and wrote, “Mike truly is a monster in the gym. The man handles 405lbs inclines like it’s a warmup. Insanity.”

Another fan talked showcased his amazement at the influencer’s actions at this age, “Wow… 55yo, ripped and lean, and can still hit 405 on the incline and heavy dumbbell flies. Incredible,” they penned. “THE LEGEND IS BACK” fans called him an inspiration “You have been a source of inspiration to me for 10 years.” One even went on to talk about why the name Titan actually fit him and wrote, “That’s why he is the Titan he is showing us why that is.”
