There is no doubt that Hafthor Bjornsson, popularly known as The Mountain from Game Of Thrones, has shown his feat of strength in the field of bodybuilding and earned the name of the World’s Strongest Man. His efforts and dedication have entirely paid off. However, just like in any other person’s life, there have been several setbacks, too.

In a recent event, a few months ago, while trying to pull out a bench press of 556 lbs, he somehow lost his balance and suffered a pectoral tear on the left side of his chest. He has been in the process of recovery for months now and, thankfully, is doing a lot better, as shown in the progress online. In his recent video, The Strongman is seen showing gratitude to a particular person who has primarily helped him through the process.

While he proceeds with his workout update, The Mountain is seen stopping for a moment to show the condition of his chest to his fans. He said, “I wanna show you guys quickly how my chest looks. Looks pretty good for a fat guy.” He goes ahead to discuss the incision that his doctor had performed on his chest for recovery.

Complimenting Dr. Steve Mora, he said, “No serious though; look at the incision. It’s so well done, and my pec is full; it looks amazing.” Hafthor Bjornsson even goes about thanking Dr. Mora, saying, “I wanna use this moment and give a massive shoutout to Dr. Steve Mora. He did such a good job on me. Put me back together. He’s so just awesome overall.” It was because of the successful surgery and small incision that he could get back to the place that he considers to be the place of his worship—the gym.

What does Hafthor Bjornsson’s new split comprise?

The Icelandic strongman Hafthor Bjornsson, after tearing his left pec, has started putting less pressure on his chest during workouts and more on his triceps. He starts with a 5-lb dumbbell press and continues to do lightweight workouts as it is too soon to be pulling off heavy. Further in the video, he goes on about some free-hand exercises for muscle stretching and relaxation. In most parts of the video, he is either seen lifting light weights or not lifting at all, as he does not want to put too much pressure on his chest.

His workout mostly consisted of stretching and relaxing. The Beast is still in the process of recovery, and despite his fans being worried about him getting back to the gym too soon, he says he does not feel very good unless he starts working out.
