Ironfuelx shared the video of Titan Noir performing his extremely energetic workout regime in the gym. It had immense conditioning and core strength involved, and the video was captioned as, “No comment needed.” Well, the video truly needed no comment given the superset that the athlete was performing. He was seen performing some sort of cardio routine in the video.

The video took everyone to such a surprise that even the gym goers who were captured in the video standing right behind him, trying to flex their muscles on the mirror stooped to see what the athlete was trying to do. He went completely insane and also did 4 aerial dabs. Despite the immense control that he had over his body, he was criticized and laughed at for the insane drill that he was seen doing.
