Bryan Johnson needed to figure out a system

Recently, Johnson took to his YouTube channel and shared crucial information with people regarding his mindset while pursuing his health goals. Johnson revealed in this video, “As disciplined as I am, I have almost perfect discipline. If I open that thing up just a little bit, I know I can see how fast my mind tries to fill that void and come up with such a clever justification to do that thing. My mind is an absolute rasc*l.” He explained that even sometimes his mind tries to deviate or take a break from his routine, asking him to stray from his disciplined approach.

However, the 46-year-old desires to be part of what he envisions as the most extraordinary era in human history, and this is why he ensures he keeps his mind in check. “I surveyed myself and said, I want to be part of the future, I think this could be the most extraordinary existence in the history of human existence. I don’t want to die early. I want to be a part of this thing,” said Johnson passionately.

For this, he recognized the “need to figure out a system” and recognized the importance of having a strong and reliable plan. Johnson therefore used the system to give more power to the responsible parts of his body. He believes in letting his organs take charge to increase the chances of achieving his goal, which is to live a healthy and satisfying life for a very long time.
