Despite being rivals on stage, Nick Walker, Samson Dauda, and Derek Lunsford, the current Mr. Olympia title holder, trained together under one roof.

The Instagram page of Mr. Olympia recently posted a snippet from a live stream they did on their YouTube channel. The top three Olympia contenders had an intense chest day, with them helping each other out. They put on a display of their immense strength in the video, leading to something unexpected happening.

The trio kicked off their insane chest workout by doing the ISO incline press and did their sets one after the other. But when the Nigerian Lion’s turn came, he added a lot of weight, resulting in a breakdown of the machine. Continuing, the trio did the incline bench press.

Then they moved to the seated chest press, and Dauda yet again showcased his strength. The top three contenders helped each other push their limits and pumped each other to do more. They also did the cable crossovers and removed their t-shirts to flex their gigantic chests.

The trio did some posing together, and both former Arnold Classic Champions did the most muscular pose, and the current Mr. Olympia did the front double bicep pose. They wrapped up their workout with side dumbbell raises. Looking at the trio sweating it out, fans couldn’t help but showcase their eagerness to see them battle on the Olympia stage.

Fans predict the Olympia will be intense

The trio is among the top contenders in the Olympia championship, and the fans want to see them on one stage competing against each other. One bodybuilding enthusiast thinks this year’s Olympia Championship “Will be an epic battle” for the crown “between the top 4.” Despite being rivals, these bodybuilders showcased a sense of “mutual admiration and healthy competition” leading to an Instagram user calling them “Great athletes.

It was not easy to capture these bodybuilders in a frame due to their colossal size, and a fan instantly noticed this and called them “big boys.” After taking a glimpse of the training routine and physiques of the top bodybuilder, a fan knows that it is “Going to be a good Olympia.
