Goswami was featured on the page “Generation Iron“. The youngster deadlifted 165 pounds, a pathbreaking lift. Praising the nine-year-old’s feat, the page captioned the post, “Arshia Goswami continues to reach new marks and has gained attention around the world following her latest triumph!” While she currently weighs around 55 pounds and lifts immense weights, this is not the first time she has gained media coverage.

Back in 2021, she gained attention for the first time and deadlifted approximately 100 pounds when she was just six years old. Since then, she has been making waves in the fitness community by consistently improving and lifting heavy. Arshia’s interest in the gym developed during the COVID-19 pandemic, like many others. She trains with her father, who is a fitness freak and a gym owner.
