Bodybuilding veteran Greg Doucette has always been transparent about his ste***d use. Doucette experimented with different PED protocols during his powerlifting and IFBB Pro days. That’s why the formerly enhanced bodybuilder has a keen eye for spotting people who may be on PEDs. Natty or not, videos became Doucette’s claim to fame in the online fitness space.

However, the IFBB Pro stirred speculation among bodybuilding fans after posting a throwback image. The former Canadian Bodybuilding National Champion posted an image of himself in a swimming pool, looking jacked and ripped. Doucette still maintains an incredible physique. So people didn’t expect his younger self to be any different, but the caption was attention-grabbing.

“Natty files. Do you agree? Was 172 lbs in the photo after winning Atlantics overall,” Greg Doucette wrote in the caption. The caption took people by surprise. Greg Doucette looked shredded yet muscular. The bodybuilding coach even showcased incredible muscle maturity, leading people to speculate if he was being honest while writing the caption.

The IFBB Pro recently criticized Jeff Seid for defending his lifetime natty status online. Seid returned to competitive bodybuilding after nearly a decade, and almost the entirety of the fitness community agreed that he looked to downsize. Most people in the fitness community accused Jeff Seid of being a fake natty when he put on tons of muscle at 18.

However, after Greg Doucette claimed he was natural and yet to earn his IFBB Pro card in the throwback image, many doubted the bodybuilder. They thought his physique didn’t look much different from what Jedd Seid did during his prime.

Bodybuilding fans questioned the IFBB Pro coach

One fan asked why Seid got the fake natty label, although Doucette carried similar muscularity and claimed to be natty. “So this is natty but there is no way Jeff Seid could be?” asked the fan. Another man wrote a similar comment. “If this wasn’t Greg he would definitely say not natty,” speculated the fan.

“We need another Greg to check on this Greg’s natty profile,” commented one fan about the IFBB Pro. Some fans seemed convinced and didn’t raise any questions. “Natty Greg built like a Greek God,” commented one fan. Another was prepared to give Doucette the benefit of the doubt. “If Greg is fully honest about his past steroid use, which he is, I’d say he has no reason to lie about being natty in this photo. Having said that, this has got to be one of the most impressive natty physiques of all time. Definitely pushing the limits of what’s naturally achievable,” the fan wrote.

IFBB Pro hasn’t addressed the questions yet. However, he did ask if the fans agreed with his claim, so time will tell if the bodybuilding icon responds to the speculation. Do you think Greg Doucette was natty when he liked the image? Tell us in the comments.
