A fitness fanatic’s hilarious stunt went viral

On May 1, 2023, Fittdaaily posted a video on their Instagram page with the caption, “Why run when you can lift heavy things?” In the video, a guy was flaunting his leg-day with a barbell, and weights attached to it. While that looked pretty normal for other gym-goers, this young man spiced it up while elevating his whole workout.

Evidently, the fitness enthusiast used the Smith machine while performing his squats. And to add more to it, he stood on plates balancing his body weight while completing the reps. Even though this made him feel like adventurous, it was indeed very dangerous. In fact, his legs were trembling while doing the squats.

Soon after its upload, the video went viral grabbing the attention of thousands. However, instead of being impressed, fans criticized the whole idea of risking his life to get some likes on social media. Thus, they took to the post and shared their thoughts.

Swarming to the comment section of the post, fitness world couldn’t keep calm, referring to the risk factors of performing such stunts.
