CBum about Ryan Terry

During his workout, Bumstead talked about Ryan Terry. He said “Ryan Terry told me that his best ab exercise is hanging leg raises and knee raises, So all I do is hanging leg raises and knee raises. Maybe my abs will look like Ryan Terry – that’s how it works”. CBum’s words highlight how everyone in the fitness world works together and learns from each other.

In the video, Valliere agreed with what Chris said and went deeper into the history of this workout. He remembered the famous bodybuilders from the 90s and credited their amazing abs to these hanging exercises.
