Reflecting on the experience, Heath described the session as more than just a workout. “The “Arm Day” that turned into a deep discussion about me going back to the Olympia Stage in 2020 to film Breaking Olympia. I guess we can all agree that this was one hell of a productive training session,” he shared.

And The Rock, never one to shy away from praise, chimed in with his own thoughts on the workout. “Absolutely crusher of an arm workout and even better discussion about you + Mr. O!! Hyped for the world to see your documentary brother!” he exclaimed in a comment on Heath’s post.
