According to his Instagram story post accompanied by a snapshot with a simple yet humorous caption, “Couple Mr. O’s pretending we actually workout,” it’s clear that their bond extends beyond the gym floor.

With a hint of humor, Terry quipped, “The most intense dad bod training I have endured in my fitness career @cbum – definitely one for the books!”

Back in the day, the most intriguing part of their workout routine was that, in 2019, when they collaborated, it was the year when CBum won his first Olympia title, and Terry placed fifth in the Men’s Physique division. They met just a day after Olympia concluded.
CBum posted a video on his YouTube channel on October 14, 2019, with a title that read, “Chest and Arm Day with Ryan Terry, catching up one-day post-Olympia.” During their entire session, they did a few exercises and delved into conversation, talking more about food and other topics.
