Enthusiastically showcasing his lifestyle, the Game of Thrones actor invited Men’s Health for an exclusive peek at his fridge and fitness regimen. Amusingly, Momoa greeted them in his gym wearing only a pink robe and a shark tooth necklace, clearly unprepared for their arrival. The Pride of Gypsies (as his Instagram account says) proudly displayed his fully stocked fridge, containing essentials like water, alcohol, and ham, along with an impressive array of pre- and post-workout drinks.

Mamoa revealed his reliance on kettlebells, even traveling with them.?“Kettlebells have been really huge in my life,”?he admitted. To make training more accessible during his travels, Momoa mentioned utilizing resistance bands while on set. In his words,?“I really love bands. I’ll just do band work on set.
