In a surprising revelation, strongman legend Brian Shaw, alongside his wife Keri, shared his body fat percentage results, leaving the community in awe and admiration. The retired athlete shared an update on YouTube on February 1st. The results were stunning and propelled a competition that promises not only to inspire but also to entertain. Moreover, the couple went to the Fit Wellness Center in Broomfield, Colorado, opting for hydrostatic weighing to get the most accurate measure of body fat.

The process involves submerging oneself underwater and expelling as much air as possible, turning what could be nerve-wracking into a playful game. Shaw, no stranger to the quest for precision, shares a past hiccup with a DEXA scan, emphasizing its inaccuracies for individuals with a lean physique. However, Keri takes the plunge first, surprising everyone by surpassing expectations and reducing her body fat from 20.8% to 18.9%.

Brian Shaw, always up for a challenge, undergoes multiple attempts and lands at an impressive 17.6%, seizing a 1.3% lead. The couple reflects on their results, with him expressing satisfaction of being under 20%! As the real challenge begins, they officially launch the competition on Shaw Elite Club, competing with prizes and a high-stakes wager: the loser becomes the servant, chef, and cleaner for the winner for an entire day. The video quickly garnered reactions from the lifting community, with many expressing amazement at Shaw’s physique.
