Mark Wahlberg is not just famous among Hollywood fans but is also a favorite of fitness enthusiasts these days. Having been on a fitness journey for a while now he has made workouts a part of his life. Throughout his journey, Wahlberg has often tried new challenges and recovery methods alongside his coach. 

The Transformers actor calls himself a proud member of the 4 a.m. group, who look to wake up before the sun rises to change their mindset. While everyone is busy sleeping, the 4 am club pushes its limits so that you can be better than everyone else out there. The actor recently put out an Instagram post, showcasing the exercises he indulges in as part of his routine. Let us see what these were.

Wahlberg recently posted a video of his workout regime engaging in a bunch of mixed exercises. The 52-year-old actor was shirtless, and his physique looked flawless as always. Wahlberg started his workout regime with an incline bench press and did nine reps with ease. The separation lines on his chest were easily noticeable when he lifted the rod.

Then he did four pushups and moved to weighted calf raises, flexing his well-trained calves. The Hollywood actor then did a few crunches to work on his abs. Moving on, he focused on his chest and did a chest press. Then Wahlberg did single-arm triceps pushdowns to work on his triceps.

Wahlberg used dumbbells to do an incline dumbbell press and performed a dumbbell lateral raise with a front raise, making it a superset for better effectiveness. The Transformers actor finished his explosive workout with high cable crossovers and cable lateral raises.

Looking at the actor’s explosive workout fans could not keep calm and flocked to the comments section of his post to make their thoughts known.

One fan commented on Wahlberg’s explosive workout and wrote, “Light work baby! Keep being the example brother.” Another fan dabbled in some humor regarding the 52-year-old actor’s physique and commented, “We’re looking for a classic male body for a huge marble statue project…” An Instagram user highlighted the lean physique of the Hollywood actor and said, “Lookin lean and mean Mark.”

A fan even compared Wahlberg to a famous anime character from the Dragon Ball Z franchise and said, “Looking like Goku in those municipal mans.” Another follower commented on the Ted actor’s age-defying physique and said, “Someone said that age is just a number, proved.”
