Having won eight Olympia titles in his career, Ronnie Coleman sure does deserve the title of The King of the bodybuilding empire. While winning these many titles is not a piece of cake, Coleman made it look like it.
Showcasing the physique that he had in the past, recently, the King uploaded a throwback video of him having a chest day on his YouTube channel. The montage was from before the 2000 Mr. Olympia competition. Let us see how Coleman trained his chest during the good old days.

The video titled “Ronnie Coleman’s UNBELIEVABLE Chest Day,” showcased the King five weeks out from his third Olympia competition, performing his chest day exercise with heavy dumbbells. Coleman started with the dumbbell chest press, and he gave a glimpse of his tremendous strength by doing 12 reps of 200-pound dumbbells. Then he did an incline dumbbell press with the same weight and did 7 reps, making it look like an easy task.

After completing his workout, the eight-time Olympia Champion started flexing his mass-monster physique, displaying his pump after the workout. He flexed in a side chest post and then put on a show with the front double bicep pose and his lats with the front lat spread pose.
The King continued his flexing and flaunted his massive triceps in the side triceps pose. He even showed off his gigantic back in the double-back bicep pose. When fans came across Coleman’s prime physique in the video, they started comparing his vein size in the comment section.
