Fitness and bodybuilding are open to every person, at every age. People can always try to achieve their fitness goals despite their age. In the world of bodybuilding, we have a lot of examples that prove that age is just a number. 54-year-old Mike O’Hearn is one such example.
‘The Titan’ himself is still focused on his fitness and health. He advocates for people to live a healthy life and not compromise their health for anything. He uses social media to spread awareness. Recently, he shared a story on his Instagram account, where he encouraged the younger generation to go to the gym.

Taking to Instagram, the 4x powerlifting champ decided to engage his followers through a Q&A session. He made it clear that he would only answer questions related to training and nutrition. One of his followers asked, “Can a 14-year-old join the gym?”
In response, the former bodybuilder shared a picture from a young age. In the image, he was proudly displaying his ripped physique and mentioned, “I was already winning competitions by 14.” Precisely, this photo showed that he has been part of the fitness world for over 30 years. The fitness icon used his own young-age success to demonstrate that it is possible for teenagers to start training at the gym.
