Notably, eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman and Joseph Baena sent their well-wishes. Swoll, known for his regular fitness guides and workout videos, underwent heart surgery in 2023.

The 47-year-old excitedly informed his fans about his recovery, and the news received blessings and good wishes from fans and fellow bodybuilding enthusiasts.

Swoll took to his Instagram to share a heartfelt update on his health journey, revealing the emotional rollercoaster he experienced over the past year. He began reflecting on the day he was rushed in for emergency heart surgery. He acknowledged the fear and uncertainty that gripped him during those critical moments. Since then he felt a sense of impending doom and restless anxiety in the subsequent month, waiting for potential tragedy to strike.

However, his fear vanished when he met with his cardiologist, and “he gave me the BEST news”. Swoll expressed his emotions through words, “All my tests show my heart function is BETTER THAN EVER and he is taking me off almost all the meds he had me on. I can’t even explain how happy this made me and how grateful I am.”

Moreover, he revealed that he would be gradually taken off most of the medications that have plagued his life. This news marked a turning point for him. It allowed him to breathe freely and envision a future filled with hope, including the possibility of having a family. Moreover, this post garnered all the love and affection from fans and the bodybuilding community.

Keep Rockin’ & Rollin’.” Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son Joseph Baena wished Swoll, “Happy for you brother sending my love always.”
