Samson Dauda, christened by the nickname of the Nigerian Lion in the world of bodybuilding, made an emergence in the Men’s Open division, and it simply was impossible to ignore the bang with his exceptionally huge physique. He is undoubtedly one of the best athletes, discovered in the realm in the past few years, during his debut in the Mr. Olympia 2022.

The entire fitness community was rooting for him to land in the top 10, and he did keep up with their expectations, bagging the sixth position. However, this year, the bodybuilding beast, is not ready to go home with anything less than a gold medal at the Mr. Olympia 2023, and well, his social media campaign game too, is on A-level updating his fans about his prep. 

Samson Dauda leaves a hilarious post on Instagram

The Nigerian Lion took to his official Instagram account, @samson__dauda, just 2 days before the Mr.  2023 championship is scheduled, and shared a thread of pictures giving his fans a hint about his fitness update. He began the thread with a hilarious picture, where he looks extremely bloated and is seen holding his huge belly.

In the caption, he wrote, “New update….I think I over carbed up 😋😅. Great first day today in Orlando meeting the man himself @milossarcev and continuing in our hardware to the finish 😊” In the second picture, he was seen sitting beside his fitness coach Milos Sarcev, and having an intense discussion post-workout.

In the third picture, he was seen posing with his wife, Marlenka, and Sarcev again, the last picture was a full house with the three of them and Hiroko Betty Suzuki. While Dauda aimed it, following up with his followers, they were baffled at the first picture of Dauda and flooded the post with hilarious comments.

Samson Dauda’s post was all over the Internet, especially with the championship so close. The entire fitness community joined on in the joke and made humorous comments. While one of them wrote, “SMH, Damn American Diet 🤣”, another wrote, “The pizza won 🤷‍♂🫡”. A follower even referred to the massively bloated size and spoke about him getting on stage with it. He wrote, “😂😂😂350lb on stage?”

Despite all the laughs around the comments section, Samson Dauda also received a couple of motivational comments for winning the show this year. One of them with all the zeal wrote, “Can’t wait to see the sculpture. 🥇”. Another put up a very heartfelt one by simply commenting, “Big smiles just a few days out 🙌 love it.
