Ali Dosman, a young athlete from Kazakhstan, has taken the online fitness and bodybuilding community by storm. Although the young boy didn’t disclose his age on Instagram, he definitely looks like he is yet to hit puberty. While he is younger than most gymgoers, the youngster’s strength and calisthenics skills would put experienced adults to shame. One of the boy’s insane feats of strength recently went viral on the internet.

Terrell Owens holding Dude Wipes XL

The video received over two million reactions and even more views, with even bodybuilding veteran Greg Doucette liking the clip on social media. In the video, Dosman stands in front of two stacks of bricks. Each stack was made of three bricks and had a parallette on top. The kid begins beings by wearing a pair of sunglasses, which play a role in the challenge.

Dosman took off the shade and put them in front of the brick stacks, with the glasses facing downward. The young boy then did the handstand pushup while gripping the parallettes. Handstand pushups are among the most advanced calisthenics strength skills. They require immense balance and strength as the athlete has to maintain a handstand while vertically pushing his body.

Yet, the boxer and bodybuilding enthusiast made the skill even more difficult by elevating the parallettes. This adjustment allowed him to utilize the full range of motion in the shoulder, making the already challenging skill even more difficult. As if doing the hardest version of the handstand pushup wasn’t enough, he maneuvered his head to wear the sunglasses at the lowest point in the movement.

Although the young boy is a boxer, he has a passion for bodybuilding and calisthenics. While the video went viral, it was one of many such logic-defying feats of strength that the boy regularly uploads on social media. Looking at his feats, the bodybuilding community couldn’t help but praise the Kazak athlete.

Calisthenics and bodybuilding fans couldn’t believe their eyes and compared the boy with martial arts legend, Jackie Chan. “Son of Jackie Chan,” wrote one user. Meanwhile, another fan thought he was even more talented than the Honorary Oscar-winning actor. “Jackie Chan fears bro,” wrote the fan. However, others were a little more modest in their applause.
