2023 is indeed the year of Chris Bumstead. After receiving a massive amount of support from the bodybuilding community and winning the title of the Mr. Olympia Classic Physique for the fifth time last week, he is now on to a new endeavor. A few days ago CBum announced with his fiancee Courtney King that baby Bum was on the way. But as recent social media activity proves, even when getting ready for fatherhood, the 28-year-old has not let go of his inner child.

Chris Bumstead has been enjoying the ride of pregnancy with his girlfriend and is expecting to have the baby by next year. Keeping it personal, the bodybuilding legend has not disclosed much as of yet, but his excitement is still visible in his recent posts.

Chris Bumstead recently took to his official Instagram account, @cbum, and shared a video of him licking cookie dough out of an almost empty bowl. This is a symbol that he has been indulging in activities like baking and taking care of his wife. He clearly allowed his inner child to come out in the kitchen!

As CBum enjoyed taking the dough out of the bowl and savoring bits of it, in the Instagram story, he wrote, “Who else enjoyed licking the mixing bowl more than the actual cookies as a kid. (And still does)”.

Bumstead looks the happiest that he has ever been. After five years together with King, which the couple celebrated on Nov. 11, 2023, the bodybuilding legend is as busy with his personal life as professional. Having proposed to King on Sept. 26, 2022, Bumstead has yet to tie the knot with his fiancee. But they each look as if they’re having the time of their lives.

In the meantime, while cooking for each other, the lovers are sneaking in sweet moments on social media.

Hours after baking cookies for King and playing around in the kitchen, Chris Bumstead posted a picture of himself wearing shoes. It indicated a fancy romantic dinner for the duo. In the story, he wrote, “Busted out the fancy ones for a fancy dinner”, tagging the 1000 North.
