Taking to YouTube, the Gladiator posted a workout video titled “Try different handles for tricep pushdowns” on his official channel, which has 554k followers. The bodybuilding titan suggested doing tricep exercises from different angles to target varied muscle groups.

He compares this technique to a pitcher who changes the direction of the ball with the motion of their wrist. He further adds, “I always think about a pitcher on a baseball mound it’s they just move their hands slightly and the ball does something completely different that’s my approach to this change.
