However, a former CrossFit athlete turned coach and personal trainer, Tenner Shuck also tried and tested this diet.

Shuck recently tried to go vegan for a month and the results and shocking. A vegan diet promotes all-natural food, mostly green vegetables, and has quit meat, dairy products, and processed food. Let’s find out what he had to say after his 30-day vegan diet.

American football player made a YouTube video and revealed his experience. His opinion on the promoters of the vegan diet begs to differ. He opines that this is not a perfect diet plan to follow. Your body does not cooperate when you start consuming this food.

The primary worry of the CrossFit champion was obtaining sufficient high-quality protein and nutrients on a vegan diet. To eat whole foods, he was obliged to consume a large quantity of carbs and nutrient-fewer calories in order to satisfy his daily protein requirements. During this period, he never felt satiated.

Shuck further added that he gained body fat and felt like losing muscle mass while consuming the considered healthiest diet.“Even though I was still lifting weights and eating adequate protein my strength and energy levels were my libido dropped and I had constant brain fog,” said the fitness influencer. However, this diet plan didn’t provide the satisfaction and he would not recommend it. Because he faced some medical issues during this trial.

Fitness influencer felt unsatisfied and aimed to inspire the world

His blood sugar levels were constantly dropping. He sometimes felt dizzy and almost every day he would go for a long nap due to his sugar levels dropping. According to him, “It’s a well-known fact vegans are at greater risk of anemia and osteoporosis due to the lack of B vitamins and Omega-3s in their diet this causes fatigue and an ability to concentrate hence why I had brain fog all the time”. Afterward, he tried to spread awareness that if any diet plan restricts you from eating something and starving, do not attempt that because it won’t help you.

The fitness influencer has 148k subscribers on his YouTube channel. He grew up in Alaska and currently lives in Dubai. Shuck played multiple sports throughout his career and eventually, decided to play CrossFit. He was also an American Football player and quit in 2012. During his initial year of competition, He secured the third position at the 2013 Dubai CrossFit Championship; and subsequently emerged as the winner of the 2014 Dubai CrossFit Championship.
