A former bodybuilder, actor, and YouTuber, Kali Muscle, transformed his life after nearly a death experience two years ago. Since then, he has been taking great care of his health.

Muscle recently opened up about a therapy called HBOT, being a fitness enthusiast himself, Kali is more concerned about his well-being nowadays, first attempting a bizarre watermelon fast for a month now delving into a unique therapy.

Kali Muscle is more aware of his fitness and well-being

Muscle recently updated his fans about his health check-up routine, and uploaded a video on his YouTube channel with the title “I can’t breathe.” He did his blood test to be assured that his testosterone levels were up to the mark. He inclined to a different therapy, which led him to heal his injuries.

He said at the start of the video, “So today we’re doing the oxygen tank and they telling me this supposed to regulate my body and do me real good, especially by me being a fruitarian now and doing a lot of fasting so we go to go.” He met with a medical assistant who helped him understand, what is the procedure and how it’s going to work.

Hyperbaric oxygen chamber essentially is going to push pressure into the cell so you’re going into the chamber cell it’s going to be pressurized….. it’s only 4 kPa so it won’t feel too much pressure on you,”

After suffering a heart attack Muscle now follows a healthy lifestyle

He said in his latest video, “I had a heart attack first in November 2021, so I had to put everything into perspective.” After having a heart attack two years ago, he decided to change his life for good. Since then, he has tried different approaches to a healthy lifestyle.

He further said, “I had to get rid of addictions. I don’t need it. Steroid addiction bad carbs white rice was my go-to,” he continued. “I had cut back my weight. I was only wearing 220 pounds.” Muscle shared his life on social media, where he mentioned his addiction to those things that were unhealthy and detrimental to his well-being.
