Greg Doucette urged the FDA to Investigate PRIME

Recently IFBB Pro coach appeared on video and demanded the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) investigate this energy drink. He said that this product is harmful to kids and shouldn’t be allowed to give to children. “Prime rehydration drink it’s literally sweet and water with sh*t a ton of potassium it’s not like Pedialyte it doesn’t have the sodium needed and if you drink a ton of this, it could potentially cause further dehydration”.

Furthermore, he explains why this drink is not good for the kids. He said it can cause other problems such as an “imbalance in your electrolytes which could lead to arrhythmias and possibly cardiac events”.

PRIME can cause heart problems!

Prime was launched last year and immediately got everyone’s attention. This beverage is mostly popular among children. The brand advertises the drink as zero sugar and vegan. Its misleading advertisement causes the problem. According to media reports, a few days ago, this energy drink was banned in Canada, amid an investigation of it containing high caffeine content. The energy drink contains a high level of caffeine, 200 milligrams per 12 ounces. Some Schools in the UK and Australia banned the drink as pediatricians warned it could have negative health impacts on children, like; heart problems, anxiety, and digestive issues.

The Health risks associated with this drink extend beyond just the ingredients. Aggressive marketing tactics and misleading claims surrounding its benefits can create unrealistic expectations among consumers. By promoting a quick-fix solution to health and fitness, this product perpetuates an unhealthy approach to well-being.
