The difficult beginning of Shizzy Twizzy

In this throwback interview, Tuff spoke candidly, giving listeners an intimate look at the turbulence that underscored his early years. His heartrending accounts, punctuated with raw emotion, illuminated the pain and resilience behind the bodybuilding titan.

He talked about how his father’s absence was a significant void in his life, but it wasn’t just due to his not being there. Alcoholism plagued the man, escalating into violent tendencies. Especially troubling were the accounts of his father’s violence toward the women in the family. While Tuff and his male siblings were sometimes subjected to their father’s aggression, it was the women who bore the brunt.
