When Baker tackled 300 pounds with one arm, Coleman couldn’t help but exclaim, “This is probably one of the most impressive things I’ve seen.”

In the first clip, Baker lifted 5 plates effortlessly, then smoothly transitioned to 6 plates, and finally tackled 7 plates. In the second clip, he hit a new personal record with 5 plates on the incline bench press. Moreover, he amazed everyone by lifting 225 lbs with one arm, followed by 275 lbs and then an incredible 300 lbs with one arm. Coleman was particularly impressed by Baker’s bench press stunts, including clapping between reps.

Additionally, Baker attempted a personal record of 520 lbs on the shoulder press and matched his personal record of 20 reps with 4 plates on the incline bench press. The sheer strength and control display showcased Baker’s eagerness to break his own training record and achieve another milestone in his career. Coleman’s amazement didn’t just stop there; he expressed interest in collaborating with the powerlifter.
