A similar suspicion occurred when Alan Ritchson, the actor from the popular series, ‘The Reacher’, shared his transformation journey on the internet. Bodybuilding icon Kenneth Boulet aka Kenny Koo has expressed skepticism over Alan Ritchson’s claim of achieving a super-jacked body naturally.
Koo shared a snippet from Alan Ritchson’s interview, where he revealed the process behind his impressive physical transformation. According to Ritchson, he needed to gain 30 pounds in just eight months. He built a home gym to achieve this goal. However, Kenny Koo has some questions.

Ritchson’s revelation of his hard work and lower testosterone level led to the fitness influencer pointing out that some people who use performance-enhancing substances often tell the same stories about working hard and being dedicated throughout the process. Koo was not on board with the actor’s story about building a home gym and working hard. “Bro, you’re just not natty,” Koo said about Ritchson.
“I never took testosterone till well after season one,” Ritchson stated in the video. In response to his statement, Kenny Koo said, “No, I’m not a doctor, but I don’t think you beat the testosterone out of yourself… So, he says he didn’t take testosterone until after. This is the worst of the fake natty.”

In an interview with Rich Eisen, Ritchson discussed his fitness secrets and the regimen he followed to have the shredded physique for his role as Jack Reacher. Unlike other actors who often keep their transformations under wraps, he was candid about his journey.

While gaining a jaw-dropping physique often takes a lot of focus on training and nutrition, Ritchson surprised the fitness community by declaring that every day can be a cheat day. As per reports, Ritchson would consume around 4,500 calories daily, including 300 grams of protein. He ate clean and made sure to have healthy, whole food sources such as rice, chicken, eggs, turkey, fish, vegetables, and smoothies.
When asked about his workout routine, he shared that he used to train for 30 to 45 minutes regularly and enjoyed eating whatever he wanted in moderation.
