Muscle says no meal prep is needed for his current diet

In his Instagram post, the fitness influencer admitted that initially, he didn’t like the new diet at all. However, a recent batch changed his perspective entirely. He described the pineapples as “chewy and soft,” and he proclaimed that he was about to “spend a 100 on pineapple.

The surprising aspect of Muscle’s Pineapple Fast was its impact on appetite. Kali Muscle said on day five of his fast, “You don’t need no meal prep, grab your can of pineapple.” He further stated, “But they go say oh, they can leak, and this is an appetite suppressant. So I ate this whole pan.” He shared that consuming a can of pineapple left him feeling full after consuming just 160 calories.

He further debunked concerns about can leakage, stating his preference for canned pineapples over plastic-wrapped ones. He advocated the potential health benefits of the pineapple fast and encouraged his followers to be mindful of the type of fruit they choose.
