Kali Muscle is a fitness influencer, bodybuilder, and YouTube sensation with 3.5 million subscribers who stayed on a bizarre watermelon diet for 32 days. The bodybuilder is famous for posting fitness tips and funny videos while also taking on challenges. Though he is one of the industry’s early fitness influencers, he has backlash for his fasting videos and this one ended up being his most dangerous yet.
In his recent videos, Muscle has been seen relying on watermelon, which made him unconscious on the 26th day of his fasting regimen. Moreover, he did a set of curls when the incident happened. Now, after the diet was over, he showed up on a YouTube short, throwing some of the stuff from his dietary plan and labeled it unhealthy.

Kali Muscle is famous for switching his dietary plans and trying out different things as part of his training goals. Recently, he threw some of his food, captioning it, “Don’t eat these.” The influencer said in the video, “So hey guys sometimes we gotta rid of our addictions once we learn and wisen up. So before I started the watermelon fast I was eating these right and I thought I was eating healthy.” He clearly stated that he got addicted to the food he was eating before, as he wasn’t aware of what it contained.
Along the same lines, Muscle said to his fans and followers,” You know what I mean I wasn’t because they got all the sunflower or some them got citric acid. With citric acid, they take for mold so we gotta be careful what we are eating because they go sneak it on us man you know what I mean.”

Muscle says no to addiction
After the YouTube sensation said no to eating that food anymore, he added, “Yeah we’re done with that no more addiction. Get rid of your addiction I don’t care what it is man.” Earlier, Muscle had suffered from a heart attack due to a clogged artery. However, after recovering from the life-threatening incident, he threw light upon his addiction and use of steroids during his training days as a bodybuilder.

Since then, Muscle has emphasized the significance of avoiding steroids. In one of his interviews, he said, “Don’t think it won’t happen to you. I thought, You know what I mean, I didn’t think it would happen to me because I was taking off every year.
