Joseph Baena’s consistency is paying off

Jo Baena always shared his father’s love for bodybuilding. The 25-year-old has recreated many of the seven-time Mr. Olympia’s most iconic poses on his Instagram. From Arnie’s famous back double biceps to his iconic side chest, Baena took inspiration from his legendary father. However, the young actor is taking his bodybuilding goals even more seriously now.

In one of the images Baena posted on his Instagram handle, he is seen leaning forward and flexing his bicep. One could see his gains as he held the sleeve up with the other arm. The vascularity and bicep peak look improved compared to the photos he shared a few months ago. “Can’t build mountains without peaks,” wrote the Bully High actor.
