In his own words, Wheeler detailed his usage, stating, “If I can remember correctly, 800 milligrams of Deca a week, 600 milligrams of Winstrol, 100 milligrams of Winstrol tabs, 30 milligrams of Anavar.” These substances were known to enhance muscle growth, strength, and overall performance.

In a past interview with Muscle & Fitness, Wheeler revealed that he started his competitive journey as a natural athlete before eventually resorting to performance-enhancing drugs. His initial encounter with steroids involved taking Dianabol capsules, and astonishingly, he gained approximately thirty pounds in just over a month. This rapid transformation raised questions about its safety.
Nonetheless, this first steroid cycle led to noticeable stretch marks, which brought significant discomfort to Flex. As he progressively increased his steroid usage for bodybuilding contests, he experienced kidney issues. However, doctors have not yet definitively linked these problems to his steroid intake.
