The 2023 Men’s Physique Olympia champion Ryan Terry wrote a heartfelt note for his wife as they celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary. Amy Terry uploaded photographs from their wedding day and expressed surprise at how quickly five years had passed.

“Happy 5th Wedding Anniversary Amy Terry. Where has that time gone?” wrote the Men’s Physique Olympia champion. “Love you always,” added the bodybuilder . The 35-year-old uploaded some memorable moments from his wedding at Hazel Gap Barn in Budby, United Kingdom. The happy couple tied the knot on April 13, 2019.

In these five years, the couple has had two children. The Olympia winner has always appreciated his wife and celebrated her on every occasion. Last month, Terry uploaded family photos on Instagram. “Thank you for being the best mum to Alfie and Elsie. We all love you very much and are very grateful for all that you do,” wrote Terry, wishing her a happy Mother’s Day.

It seems Ryan and Amy Terry celebrated their anniversary with a game of darts with friends. The reigning Men’s Physique Olympia champion uploaded multiple Instagram stories of them playing darts at Flight Club. In one of the stories, he filmed his wife taking her best shots at the dartboard. In the following story, Terry showcased the scoreboard.

While the champion bodybuilder was in second place, Amy Terry was in fourth. The final story showed Terry’s friend and fitness Daniel Wankiewicz winning the match. After coming across Terry’s wholesome post, the bodybuilding community congratulated the Olympia winner and hoped for more good news.

Fans predict a “six-pack baby”

“Literally just seen this! 5 years already, insane! Congratulations guys! Great day,” commented one fan. Another fan hoped the reigning Men’s Physique Olympia champion would have more good news soon. “Soon there will be a six-pack baby,” commented one fan for the father of two. Fellow bodybuilders also commented on Terry’s post.

“Congratulations. Having a family is more valuable than all the Mr. Olympia’s in the world,” commented natural competitive bodybuilder Cristian Nazario Fisiculturista. “Happy anniversary to both of you – cheers to another 50 years,” commented fellow bodybuilder Andre Hoffmann. Four-time Men’s Physique Olympia champion Jeremy Buendia wrote, “Congratulations guys!”

While Ryan Terry is busy training to defend his Olympia title against challengers like Jeremy Buendia and other former champions, that doesn’t mean he didn’t have time to celebrate the love of his life and mother to his children.
