250 Lbs Bodybuilding Icon Guest Poses at NPC Emerald Cup, Fans React: “Winner of the Best Hair Division”

The bodybuilding community is getting a new rising internet sensation after 22-year-old Sam Sulek. Stuart Sutherland, aka Beef Stu, is taking the internet by storm with his remarkable physique, and people often compare him with Sulek due to the resemblance of their hairstyle.

Sutherland started gaining attention in 2023 when the bodybuilder secured second place in the men’s open category at the New York Pro last year. Recently, Beefy went to a show for guest posing at which he used to compete. Let’s find out how the show unfolded for him.

From contestant to guest poser at the NPC Emerald Cup

The famous Instagram page “bisandtris” recently shared a glimpse of the NPC Emerald Cup, where Beefy was invited as a guest poser. Sutherland did a series of striking poses on the NPC Emerald Cup, winning everyone’s hearts with his posing routine. He started with the front lat-spread pose, flexing his broad upper body and small waist. This was just the start of his posing.

Moving on, the IFBB Pro bodybuilder did the classic archer pose, flexing his full and round chest. The next pose he did was the front double bicep pose, showcasing his enormous biceps with the countless veins on his forearms. Sutherland then did the most muscular pose, showing off the separation lines on his massive chest. Beefy also hit the rear lat and bicep pose, showcasing his gigantic back.

The IFBB Pro also showcased his colossal back with the back double bicep pose. Beefy also displayed his immense and well-developed quads. He finished seventh at the NPC Emerald Cup in 2017, and this was his pro competition. Sutherland has made remarkable improvements over time. He won the NPC Emerald Cup in 2021 and 2024, and he’s the guest poser at the show. This showcased the dedication and hard work he has put in.

The Sulek lookalike is going to be competing at the New York Pro in three weeks. Last year, Beefy was the runner-up at the show; this time. He has high hopes for lifting the New York Pro title. However, the competition might not be as easy as one expects it to be because Nick Walker, aka the Mutant will be making his comeback at the Pro stage. Sutherland’s fans praised him for the improvements he made. 

A fan made a hilarious comment on the picture quality

An Instagram user commented on the constant improvements Sutherland is making and wrote, “He’s getting better.” A bodybuilding enthusiast made a hilarious comment on the IFBB Pro’s hair and wrote, “Winner of the best Hair Division lol.”

Another follower of the young bodybuilder commented on the front lat spread done by him and wrote, “That front lat is one of the best in the game currently.” The pictures looked a bit grainy, and one fan noticed it and made a funny remark on this post: “These pictures were taken on a Nintendo DS.” A bodybuilding fan simply wrote, “He looks good!
