Gaspari follows the compound effect

Richard Gaspari recently posted a video on his Instagram account where he spoke about what it takes to become a successful bodybuilder, with the caption “If you want to be a great bodybuilder you want to follow the compound effect.” In the video, Gaspari said, “A lot of people ask you know was I so successful in bodybuilding to win many shows. According to him,“The reason why I was able to beat a lot of these guys that had Superior genetics was The Compound Effect.”

Gaspari stressed how important it was to eat well and mentioned that he stayed lean for a competition by not completely cutting out carbs and by keeping a journal to track how his body responded to his diet. He also added that the diet he followed was what made him successful and maintain his shredded look for shows. This made him, “the first bodybuilder to have straight glutes that no other bodybuilder had before me,” he said.

Gaspari said that keeping a journal was crucial to his success because it helped him understand how his body responded to his diet, which made him look great for shows. He also talked about the importance of tanning and posing for bodybuilding.

Another crucial element Gaspari mentioned was posing, an often neglected aspect of bodybuilding. He advised, “When you pose you will squeeze the muscles so that they will get even harder. Secondly, you’re going to get your body used to posing so that when you go up on stage as soon as you start posing your body’s going to come alive cuz you’ve been practicing posing.”
