“Want to Pass That On”: Bodybuilding Sensation Mike O’Hearn Expresses Desire to Continue Legacy Through 4-YO Son

It is every father’s dream to pass on their legacy through their kids to the next generation. The bodybuilding industry’s Titan Mike O’Hearn is no different from others. He wants his 4-year-old son to learn from the best and carry his legacy to a greater extent.

In a recent podcast held by the four-time Mr. Universe on his official YouTube channel with the three-time World Bench Press Champion C.T. Fletcher, they both shared how they had continued the legacy of their mentors over time, and Titan wants the same for his son.

Mr. Californa started by sharing his immense love for lifting weights and being in the gym doing exercises, and he doesn’t want it to end. He said, “I know that when it comes to lifting heavy I love this stuff and I don’t want it to die.” He further added that he has become a parent for the first time and wants to focus on his son’s upbringing.

I’m seeing how Mo and I raising them I’m just like I want to pass that on,” The Titan wants to pass down all of his knowledge to his son and lead him to the righteous path. C.T. Fletcher chipped in and shared how crazy O’Hearn is when it comes to his workout regimes.

Fletcher said,” Your a** is crazy out there doing behind and neck presses when every scientific mother planet says that’s bad for you. Oh, that’s bad for you, f**k y’all.” He highlighted how seriously O’Hearn takes his training and wants his 4-year-old son, Titan, to be like him.

A few days ago, the four-time Mr. Universe shared how he was motivated by some great bodybuilders of his era.

The former power lifter shared how 80s bodybuilder Francis Benefatto motivated him. The Titan shared that Benefatto developed an exercise that was way ahead of its time. O’Hearn learned the exercise named chest-supported lat pulldown. The former power lifter called this exercise an “art piece.”

He captioned the post,” Raised by OG, not IG I was lucky to be around the greatest as a kid.” He reminisced about the moment he shared with the OG’s like Lee Haney, Mike Christian, and Berry De May, who supported and guided him to the righteous path he follows. The four-time Mr. Universe feels lucky to be the one to carry forward their legacies and knowledge for future generations.
