Jay Cutler had made a dent in the realm of bodybuilding. Jay Cutler has also been referred to by the fans and bodybuilding fraternity by another name, the Quad-Stomp Poser. Nevertheless, none of the people from the world of bodybuilding know the story behind the pose. Recently, he posted a video expounding why he did that pose in the 2010 competition.

Jay Cutler shares the story behind the Quad-Stomp pose 

After 10 years of his stunning bodybuilding career, and when he turned 50 after an illustrious journey, he shares the story of the legendary pose which is still the greatest bodybuilding pose ever. In his Instagram post, he quoted saying, “It wasn’t really a pose, it was just, it was one of those moments where I hit my leg, and looked down at my leg.” It was one of those incredible incidents that transformed the journey of a bodybuilder’s life.  

Moreover, he adds by quoting, “To make sure the cuts were there, that I saw a couple hours earlier at my house.The symmetry and muscularity of his deltoids, his quads, and his abs were phenomenal, and his spine-chilling poses at the 2010 Mr. Olympia with a fringe benefit crowned him with the title, the fourth time in a row.

Thus, he stated by quoting, “Someone snapped that picture, and it, it sits as probably one of the greatest you know bodybuilding pictures ever now. So for me, it wasn’t a planned pose and now of course we have kind of this Quad-Stomp.” Moreover, he also said, “It’s pretty cool to have a historic pose.”
