The advice disheartened the champ, as he expressed in his recent update.

For the hair transplant, he traveled to Istanbul, Turkey, which he considers the number one place for plastic surgery globally. Cbum and his brother-in-law, both bodybuilding icons underwent the surgery and updated their fans through social media platforms.

The doctor’s suggestion distressed Chris Bumstead

The 28-year-old shared the precautions he had to follow to prevent any serious side effects. One of the many precautions he was not allowed was to work out for at least a month. Many reports suggest that after a hair transplant, whether FUE or FUT, it’s crucial to let the transplanted hair settle. Hence, he was advised to avoid an intense workout routine to prevent negative effects. Exercise might enhance sweating and itching in the scalp, which are prohibited initially for the best results.

The king of aesthetics shared a video on his Instagram account showcasing his shredded physique as he performed multiple poses for the camera. In the caption accompanying the reel video, he expressed his feelings, “Sad times not being able to train” for 30 days post hair transplant and watching all this work fade away.”

However, just a few days back, he was happy and excited about his hair treatment and joked about it.

In his previous Instagram post, the Canadian athlete articulated a story from his childhood and smoothly connected it to the present with a humorous twist. He uploaded a carousel of three pictures. In the first picture, his fiancée showcases and embraces her baby bump. Although they were in the gym, regardless of the medical professional’s advice.

However, the remaining two images showcased the 28-year-old bodybuilder highlighting his post-transplant avatar. Meanwhile, Bumstead humorously referred to himself as a “cone head” with a lighthearted joke. He has been joking since he first shared an update about the transplant. Moreover, despite the doctor’s suggestion, he was concerned he would lose the well-defined physique he built over time. But he was determined to bounce back with the new year.
