“I crafted a physique that I believed to be untouchable and went to dark places when I was training.”, he wrote in the caption. Yates further revealed that he always followed a strict diet regimen, consuming six meals per day without fail. He added that he never allowed himself to miss a workout, even on days when fatigue or other commitments hindered his progress.

So while he had the option to go to social gatherings and entertainment, he prioritized his bodybuilding goals. “The sacrifices I made, ensuring I ate six times per day at specific times, never missing a gym session and never going out to parties… it was all worth it.”. However, Yates never regretted missing all the fun.
