The host of the Flow podcast Igor Coelho, curiously asked the Classic physique champ, about the tunes that fuel his training sessions, “CBum is it true that you train listening to Taylor Swift?” With a confident smile, Bumstead expressed, “Of course! Who else would I listen to? She’s the best.”

Further probed about his musical allegiance, the 28-year-old, confirmed, “Only the old Taylor Swift, though.” This unexpected revelation added a nostalgic touch to his workout routine, suggesting a unique synergy between the old-school Taylor Swift tracks and the rigors of his training regimen. Bumstead’s revelation highlights that even elite athletes have their rituals and preferences to get in the zone. CBum’s concern about legal issues

A while back, the King of Aesthetics shared a chest day workout video on his YouTube channel and revealed a surprising habit. He explained why some fans called him a psychopath. Turns out, he does not have music on loudspeakers while training. The soon-to-be father, stated, “I’m normally in here F**ng blasting old school Eminem or something better than epidemic sounds.” He further said,  “But I can’t play music on YouTube. Call me a psychopath, but it’s about legal issues. If I use music I might get a strike on my video due to copyright policies.”
