In a recent interview with CNN, Hemsworth opened up about how his eating habits facilitate the process of molding himself into the shape of a super soldier. While people would expect that Hemsworth would have made huge sacrifices in his diet, the Australian-born actor said it wasn’t very hard. “I didn’t have the strictest diet,… I generally ate pretty healthy,” he said.

The $130 million worth actor explained that he used food as fuel for his body. His healthy eating habits allowed him to perform high-level stunts and action sequences during the production. “To be honest, I knew burning so many calories, I was just eating whatever because it’s generally healthy, but it didn’t matter, it’s just like fuel fuel fuel,” he told the interviewer.
