The six-time Mr. Olympia champion Dorian Yates is the perfect definition of the term muscle monster. The bodybuilder took the sport into a new era that is still praised by bodybuilding enthusiasts today. Recently, he shared an unseen image from the 1996 Mr. Olympia.

Yates posted the image on his official Instagram and shared an image showcasing his gigantic physique from the back. His exceptional mass monster back made the fans drool over his physique. They showered the comment section with an immense appreciation for his physique.

The 61-year-old’s post displayed the hard work Yates put into building such an exceptional physique. His physique highlighted pure mass and exceptional definition. Yates had a bone-dry, shredded physique, sacrificing some of the muscle mass that showed his detailed and fully conditioned back. His physique was the epitome of unwavering dedication to improving the weakest areas of your body with consistent effort.

Yates meticulously crafted his physique, akin to an artist honing a blank canvas, resulting in a masterpiece that won him six Olympia titles. The picture portrayed the thickness and width of his lats, which were his strongholds. The image also sheds light on the essential components of his legs, spotlighting the tremendous size of his calves, quads, and glutes.

Yates gave a surprising fact about his forearms in the caption and wrote,” Even to the size of my forearms on display here, although I never directly trained them, I managed to build 19inch forearms!” 

Yates’s physique from the 1996 Olympia can still give tough competition to the current open bodybuilding division contenders. His physique left the fans praising him in the comments.
