Despite this, the bodybuilding industry has rallied behind him, supporting his actions. Despite missing out on the title by a whisker this year, Choopan seems determined to snatch the title next time. Now, the second-place holder has made a strong statement along the same lines.

Hadi Choopan shows a glimpse of his resilience

On November 11th, Mr. Olympia’s official page shared a snippet of Choopan’s workout regimen. Choopan is performing the cable cross-over exercise to build his chest. This versatile exercise helps stretch your chest muscles like the pec-deck and targets your chest by isolating it, similar to the seated press.

As he gets back to normal life and resumes working out for a strong impactful comeback next year, he has also made an extremely bold statement. “I am a sea shark and a wolf in desert, an eagle at the sky, I wounded, but I will hunt again,” wrote the Persian Wolf. After losing to Lunsford, he was hurt and upset, but remains positive about being crowned again.
