Despite the time restrictions, he ensures that he finds a way to train. His recent Instagram post caught a lot of attention from the bodybuilding sphere as he did a midnight chest workout.

Carrying a Greek-god physique even at the age of 51, Johnson maintains a physique that most bodybuilders cannot achieve even during their prime years. The ex-WWE star often shares his workout clips and training-related tips with his fans and followers using his social media. In his recent Instagram post, he admitted that even though he felt tired, he went to train nonetheless.

Posting a clip of himself performing the dumbbell press, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson wrote in the caption, “Midnight training and burnin’ oil Tired, but we’re all tired.
