Difficulties in the healing process after a certain age

The 44-year-old comedian shared a lesson he learned from his recent foolish activity. He expressed his emotions by saying when you turn 40 or get older, do not try to act like you are a young person. If you get injured, it will take a lot of time to recover the bruises.

According to Colorado Pain Care, As we age, our bodies can have a harder time healing because of different reasons. These include problems like high blood pressure, disturbed sleeping schedule, loss of muscles and bones, a weaker immune system, and being emotional. Also, in older people, there’s less transmission to immune cells, which makes healing slower. As we grow old, it’s important to take care of our health.
