Recently, he shared a snippet of his training, which blew the audience’s mind.

Shaw took to his Instagram and shared an update regarding his MMA fight practice. This video clip not only caught fans’ eyes, but also drew the attention of seven-time Mr. Olympia, Phil Heath, and other fellow strongmen. His spectacular moves were so intriguing and thrilling to fans that they were eager to see him fight.

According to Brian Shaw’s Instagram post, the former Strongman explained that in today’s world where people often share a lot on online platforms, it is okay to work quietly without updating everything you do. Even though he’s not sharing a lot of his fight training on social media, it doesn’t mean that he’s not working hard.

Shaw Pointed out that, it’s not important to post everything online, keep hard work silent, and stun people with outstanding results. Nevertheless, the 6’8 athlete posted this reel video with a caption that began with “GETTING DANGEROUS.” Undeniably, after seeing his recent practice, no one could think of him being defeated.

Shaw’s Instagram post already reached thousands of fans and supporters, one of them being Phil Heath. Heath commented on his post by saying, “Nobody will want this smoke!!!” Another strongman, Nick Best, wrote, “Will a life insurance company even cover who B is fighting?” One person added, “Imagine this 400-pound man mounted on top of you bashing your skull in.”

The majority of people were concerned about the opponent he was going to fight with. “I feel bad for the guy that ends up on the receiving end of that If you get hit with one of those you are certainly dead,” wrote a fan.
