Arnie called out those lifting without concentrating

The video showcased Arnie calling out the people who go to the gym and just lift weights without even concentrating on their exercise. He gave an example of the guys that used to train with him and said, “But they look like sh*t. Why did they look like sh*t is because they didn’t concentrate.” The Terminator therefore emphasized the fact that maintaining concentration while performing an exercise was imperative.

Arnie also highlighted the importance of building the muscle-mind connection. According to him, another reason why other guys failed to build a physique like him was because they often looked bored while doing their sets, showcasing their lack of passion and commitment toward bodybuilding.

The Terminator said that if you want to build a physique like him, you need to focus and concentrate while exercising. Lastly, he stressed the point that if you want significant growth,” You got to be inside the muscle.” This is not the first time Arnie has given eye-opening advice; earlier he gave his thoughts on combining speed with strength.

He talked about the Olympic medal winner Bruce Jenner and said, “He was one of the first athletes that kind of had the sensitivity to understand that, yes, in fact, I combine speed with strength that can only help me rather than just having speed and no strength, so he worked on the strength and he kept working on the speed. I mean, he outperformed everybody.”He further added examples of figures like Mike Tyson and Ken Norton and how they became successful in their sports.
