The images were from the early days of his strength sports journey when Arnie participated in a weightlifting competition in Austria. Although it was early days for Arnie, he had already built a great physique, and the photographs went viral within hours.

Fans were delighted to get a glimpse into Arnold Schwarzenegger’s weightlifting phase. The young Austrian Oak’s pictures have already received over 180,000 reactions at the time of writing. The seven-time Mr. Olympia left fans awestruck and inspired. However, the bodybuilding legend didn’t post the pictures without a purpose.

In the caption of the post, Arnold Schwarzenegger thanked his mentors and reminded everyone about his free training e-book. “When I started training, I was lucky to have fantastic coaches and mentors to show me the way,” said the 76-year-old. The former Mr. Universe started weightlifting and bodybuilding under Mr. Austria winner, Kurt Marnul.

He joined a weightlifting club where Marnul taught a group of promising young students how to lift weights“I’ve spent the rest of my life paying them back by showing millions of people the way to health and fitness,” wrote the Arnold Classic founder. Arnold Schwarzenegger utilized his decades of experience to publish a free 115-page training guide.
