Even those who were not familiar with the sport stumbled upon his social media accounts. Michal Krizo Krizanek, the Slovakian pro, not only has a massive body but also an intelligent mind. Before he began competing in competitions, he had gathered thousands of followers on his social media platforms.
Because of that, he was not an unfamiliar face in the realm of bodybuilding. His victory was like the cherry on top. Krizo won the 2022 Amateur, Mr. Olympia, subsequently won the EVLS Pragues Pro competition and received an invitation to the Olympia championship. In his first Olympia contest, he respectfully secured 12th place, which is a great accomplishment for a newcomer.

The 291 lbs fitness icon stunned the world with his recent updates on social media. He took to his YouTube channel and shared a snippet of his biceps workout routine. In this short video, Michal showed off his monstrous arms while working out and titled it, BIGGEST BICEPS IN MR OLYMPIA 2023? After seeing his gigantic 24-inch arms, people were baffled.
While with IFBB pro athlete, Krizanek has a fascinating record, winning 13 out of 14 contests, including four Arnold Classic Europe titles and one Arnold Classic Africa. Earlier he made a courageous decision to not compete in Arnold Classic 2023, (which happened in March this year) to take a break from rigorous training. Still, he managed to develop such a great physique in just a year.

One fan compared his own body to this mass monster bodybuilder, and wrote “Bro your arms are 25 inches and my waist is 29 inches”, other fans hilariously mentioned, “Another bicep growing on the bicep.” Onepraised and called him his arms, “Boss biceps Michal.”
Where everybody was comparing him to their own bodies, one significant comment attracted all the attention when he claimed that Michal looked like the legendary seven-time Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger, “idk you guys,but Michal structure reminds me a lot of Arnold!,” Also someone added, “Krizo is looking beastly this year.
